In the last four years, SBS has been fortunate to establish great relationships with our clients. Many had become accustomed to the status quo results of the greater Staffing/Recruiting community. In addition, each of our contract employees has undergone extensive drug/criminal background screenings.



Our business model is structured to ultimately service our clients first, our employees second, and our shareholders last. This is the direct, expressed intention of those shareholders. Our overhead costs have been restricted significantly since inception, and as such, SBS can continue offer the lowest rates in the industry. During the difficult economic conditions of the past few quarters, our clients felt the relief our business model enables: increased operational capabilities and decreased costs.
