Placement Fee: This service is completely contingent. A fee is only assessed upon hiring an SBS candidate. We will always charge a lower cost than our competitors. Client invoiced on start date, payment due by Day 30 to retain 60-day from replacement guarantee
Philosophy: Clients may take advantage of a ‘temp to perm’ placement which creates a risk free ‘probationary’ period while SBS is the Employer of Record. For our clients, this means no unemployment, workers compensation, general liability, or many other staffing costs.
Service: Pre-screened, referenced, and specifically qualified individuals for temporary positions with the intention, or possibility, to eventually become permanent employees at our client company. Full Drug/Criminal Background screens on all SBS contractors.
Placement Fee: No buyout fee after 180 days. Mark-ups are always less than industry standard. Client invoicing takes place weekly, payment due within 21 days of receipt.
Philosophy: Client benefit from the deep, growing supply of qualified, available, and interested contractors ready to begin a new assignment immediately. Various candidates available for: special projects, supplemental coverage during vacations or other leaves, additional coverage to meet seasonal demand, or simply to fill a vacant role while recruiting a permanent employee.
Service: Pre-screened, referenced, and specifically qualified individuals for temporary positions, from one day to indefinite assignment duration. Full Drug/Criminal Background screens on all SBS contractors.
Placement Fee: Mark ups will maintain industry standard. Flexibility for longer term contracts available. Client invoicing takes place weekly, payment due within 21 days of receipt
